Located in Soho, Yushu Tea Gallery is a cool, immersive stop for anyone who loves tea and wants to experience it beyond the usual café setting. You can choose between two experiences – a guided tea tasting or a traditional tea ceremony – both designed to slow you down and introduce the rituals behind different teas. What surprised us most was learning that this isn’t inspired by Japanese tea culture, but rooted in traditional Chinese tea heritage, where tea culture began long before it spread and evolved in Japan. It’s a beautiful space that feels both educational and sensory – the kind of place you leave appreciating tea in a completely different way.
