At Urusai at El Silencio Ibiza, the group’s second restaurant on the same piece of land, the atmosphere is just as compelling as the food. Home to Ibiza’s first listening bar, the space feels effortlessly trendy and cool – so much so that it almost doesn’t feel like Ibiza at all, bringing more of a cosmopolitan city energy to the island. The Japanese menu is exciting creative in every dish. Among the standouts, the crispy rice was exceptional – perfectly textured and packed with flavour.
