Room Service Ibiza is a cosy, candlelit restaurant in the heart of Ibiza’s Old Town, with contemporary interiors and a more subdued atmosphere than many of the island’s busier dining spots. It is a particularly good choice for those evenings when the day has been warm but temperatures drop after sunset – everything here is indoors, making it an easy place to settle in for the evening. The setting is polished without feeling formal, and the relatively quiet atmosphere works well for a date night or a relaxed family dinner while exploring the Old Town.

Séntire's take: Start with the red prawn carpaccio and tuna tartare tacos, then move on to the lobster gnocchi – the three dishes we would order again. For the sweet tooth, the pistachio cheesecake is worth saving room for.
