Rappu is Singapore’s original handroll and sake venue, now known for its incomparable quality of sushi rice, seaweed and seafood which make of their handroll selection. Located on Duxton Road, you’ll spot the fairly nondescript entrance, drawing little attention to itself. Inside, you’ll find a casual seating area as well as high-seating available, making for a hip and trendy vibe all together. The venue fits for something as nerve-wracking as a first date, or something as simple as a mouthwatering lunch. If you like some spice in your life, go for their ‘Jigo’ handroll selection – a variety of six handrolls served at the chef’s choice (and with extra hot sauces).
