The freshly opened Lado has opened in Ibiza’s Marina Botafoch, and is serving cosmopolitan food with local, Spanish ingredients. If you’re looking to spend an easy evening looking at the sunsets with some of the island’s finest yacht charters in the background, then Lado is a great place to chat, drink and dine. From the menu, give a go at the ‘Spinach and cheese croquettes with roasted pear aioli’, ‘Seabass ceviche Peruvian style’ and ‘Piquillo peppers’. For dessert, the ‘70% chocolate soufflé’ is equally as much a delight.
