Adding to Ibiza’s already well-established collection of farm-to-table dining opportunities, Juntos House opened in the village of Sant Mateu this summer and prides itself in serving foods from its private, regenerative farm and local partners. While the menu changes, non-withstandable classics include the ‘Glazed Aubergine’, ‘Baby Betroot’ and ‘Grilled Chicken Tigh’ (accompanied by some stunning baby carrots).
