A personal favorite, Jardin Tropezina is more secluded than the other beach clubs on Plage de Pampelonne. Although officially the designated beach of Airelles Saint-Tropez, Château de la Messardière, lunch bookings are open to all (if you manage to secure one) and beach beds are released to non-hotel guests after 1pm (providing there are any left on the day). The trick is to become a regular. In the restaurant, make sure to try the ‘Summer Truffle Pizza’ with arugula – the best along the beach, if you ask us. And don’t forget the ‘Steamed Artichoke’ – likewise a tried classic.
