Ah, yes. The great, the grand, the majestic Estelle Manor. If you spend any time on Instagram at all, you’ve probably seen picture-perfect shots of this countryside residence in Oxfordshire. Previously serving as Lady Estelle’s private mansion, it was then acquired by Indian-born but London-based entrepreneur Sharan Pasricha, also known as the CEO of Ennismore.
Originating as a members-only country club, the manor is now also accessible to hotel guests who wish to stay the night. On the other end of the spectrum, with a membership, you’ll be able to pop in for the day and use the pool, spa, gym, paddle courts and all other facilities of the estate. In addition, you’ll have access to the members-only co-working space and an additional spa area.
And, while we’re on the topic of the spa – Eynsham Baths is a 3,000-square-meter Roman-inspired sanctuary for adults only. Here you’ll find a Thermal Journey, a health cafe, and of course an accumulation of treatments to choose from.
What’s more, the hotel offers an array of outdoor activities for both small and big – from axe throwing and archery to off-roading and falconry. Picture this: old Britain in the shining sun, that’s what spending time at Estelle Manor feels like.
Between the red-white striped umbrellas and suited-up staff, you’ll feel more than spoiled. For dining, you’ll choice between The Billiards Room – a traditional Chinese restaurant, The Brasserie – serving modern European cuisine, and The Glasshouse – a farm-to-table concept with family-style dining.
