While we live by the mantra to never miss out on a Big Mamma creation, it’s becoming hard to keep up with the ever-evolving contemporary Italian chain. One of the newer openings, Carlotta, swung open its doors back in May 2023 and is now welcoming guests to what can be considered a more elegant space compared to its brothers and sisters. The menu remains much the same – retaining the usual trattoria-inspired dishes. Request a table on the ground floor – as this is where elegant interiors meet Big Mamma’s playful ambience.
