Located within the new Peninsula Hotel on historic Hyde Park Corner, Canton Blue celebrates fine Cantonese culture. Upon entering the space, you’ll notice a sophisticated lounge with a bioethanol fireplace for tea and post-dinner digestifs. In the main room, you’ll find yourself among displays of Cantonese porcelain with private booths for groups of two or four (larger tables available in the midst of the room). The menu offers a selection of mouth-watering dishes, including an extensive Dim Sum selection – our favourite being ‘Har Gow, Prawn Dumplings, Bamboo Shoot’. For the mains, make sure to spoil your tastebuds to the ‘Kung Pao Chicken, Chilli, Peanuts’ with a side of ‘egg fried rice’. And to wrap it all up, choose a traditional Chinese tea from Canton Blue’s vast tea menu.
