This farm-to-table restaurant located in Sant Miquel defines wholesome and nourishing food made in the island’s countryside. You’ll enter an olive-green garden, with mint-green chairs and parasols throwing drips of shade. It is best visited on a lukewarm day, ideally between the months of March and May and back again in September. From the menu, make sure not to miss the ‘artichoke flower’ and ‘roasted aubergine carpaccio’. And if you’re as aubergine-obsessed as us, go for the ‘stuffed Turkish aubergine’ for your main.
